Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Senior Executive to join our Community fundraising team and take on a varied role where you’ll promote the best stewardship experience, utilise tech and data to have a positive impact for supporters. Salary The salary for this position is £35,051 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in the office. This role is known internally as Senior Executive Stewardship & Propositions. Key Responsibilities Developing and delivering exceptional supporter experience for all Community Fundraising audiences. Lead on projects and activities that impact across the Community Fundraising portfolio to recruit and retain ‘in aid of’ supporters. Lead on activities, systems and processes which continually improve the supporter experience. Take an active role in developing projects around stewardship and new product development. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Previous experience working within fundraising, ideally within community fundraising. Experience delivering end to end supporter experience. Experience using data insights to effectively evaluate activity and projects. Strong knowledge of stewardship best practice. Experience using databases and CRM software. About The team The Community Fundraising team is a crucial part of the Public Fundraising department, raising around £6 million a year from individuals, patient families, schools and Clubs & Groups from all over the UK.
