Job Responsibilities:
* This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes.
* Develop a technology strategy and ensure technology solutions comply with applicable standards.
* Promote design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocate for modern, Agile solution delivery practices.
* Coach, mentor, provide feedback, and support career development.
* Identify emerging talent and foster leadership skills.
* Manage stakeholder relationships.
Managerial Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
* 10 years of overall experience.
* Drives adoption and continually improves processes in the solution delivery process.
* Facilitates program/portfolio level planning ceremonies and manages risk/dependencies/impediments.
* Contributed to the development of applications based on a design provided by others.
* Ability to track program and multiple value stream variances.
* Identifies risk/dependencies and quantifies their impact.
* Sets agendas and defines artifacts for governance forums.
* Ability to support continuous integration and deployment activities.
* Possesses an understanding of architecture and bank standards.
* Knowledge of data management practices and technologies.
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge & hands-on experience in all aspects of SDLC.
* At least 10+ years of experience in financial services.
* Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
