Global Asset Management Admin Assistant
Part-Time – 3 days per week -
Monday to Wednesday from 8am to 4pm
Salary – Up to £16,600

What You’ll Be Doing:
This position will provide administrative support to the Environ Global Asset Management team.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
1. Process notifications of new Global Asset Management (“GAM”) cases, update tracker and respond to GAM team confirming receipt.
2. Daily contact with EU suppliers and EU scrap merchant confirming case details.
3. Issue tender document for GAM disposal, email to approved customers and record response in SharePoint.
4. Raise Invoice requests for completed tooling collection, ensuring correct evidence is attached (customer weight ticket, certificate of destruction, images, VAT instruction, customer credit limit).
5. Work with Finance Supervisor confirming VAT status of GAM case.
6. Weekly meetings with GAM team and Environ Operations Manager.
7. Update UK & DE SharePoint with sales documentation.
8. Any other administrative duties requested by Environ Management.
What You Bring to the Role:
1. Secondary School qualifications or similar: GCSE/O Grades/N/SVQ’s Level 1&2 or equivalent experience.
2. Previous practiced administrative experience is essential.
3. Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
5. Ability to understand, create and present reports using Excel.
6. High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail for written communication.
7. Excellent administration and organisation skills.
8. Ability to work alone.
9. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
