At V&C Associates we have been retained by our client whom are at the forefront of sustainable display solutions for retail clients and are now looking for a part-time Sales Administrators (21 hours) to join their growing business.
Their bespoke approach fuses sustainability, innovation, creativity, and design to create fresh new retail experiences that are kinder to the planet. The companies manufactures in the Far East, clients include Fenwick’s, Fat Face, Hugo Boss, Mountain Warehouse amongst others.
As part of their growth, they are seeking a talented individual with strong administrative and project management skills to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Updating spreadsheets using Excel
* Raising and Chasing Invoices
* Raising PO’s
* Taking and creating briefs for suppliers
* Creative mind to help contribute towards marketing concepts.
* Administration/Operations
* Assisting with project management.
* Assisting with project logistics including booking, tracking couriers both national and international.
* Quoting for existing and potential clients.
* Managing CRM system.
* Sending out E mail campaigns.
* Assisting the Sales Director and Owner of the business
1. Key skills
* Competent using MS Office and Excel in particular
* Preparing presentations for new products/new potential clients.
* Strong Day-to-day business administration.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Project management skills.
* Mailchimp and email marketing
* Know how to use CRM systems
* Understanding LinkedIn
