The Project Coordinator is a key member of the management team. The role includes planning, organising, coordinating and delivering services, training, events and activities in the local area. Key objectives include managing teams and programmes of work, facilitating workshops, collaborating with the volunteer team, raising awareness, and coordinating and engaging with local groups and communities.
We are looking for a personable, organised, and creative individual with good attention to details and a passion for delivering high-quality support. You will have demonstrable leadership skills, including integrity, self-discipline, communication and people skills, trustworthiness, teamwork, conflict management, problem solving, sound judgement, initiative, and decision-making. This is a very varied and responsible role, and the successful candidate will work as part of a small, friendly, forward-thinking team delivering a role with a purpose that benefits society. The post holder will be expected to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
