Marketing Director - Relocation to Dubai
Position: Marketing Director
Our Client:
A leading global entertainment brand is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to spearhead the relaunch of a world-renowned show in Dubai. The company is preparing for an expanded and updated version of the show launching in Q4 2025, and they are looking for a visionary marketer to lead the brand into this next exciting phase.
About the Role:
As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving audience engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Revenue, and Show Production. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that marketing efforts resonate across diverse markets and achieve measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the relaunch of the show, ensuring alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor, and other mediums.
* Create and maintain consistent brand messaging, ensuring compelling content across all marketing channels and show merchandise.
* Monitor campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing spend and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
* Develop cross-promotion strategies with sister brands and identify new audience engagement opportunities.
* Build and mentor a small but dynamic marketing team while staying hands-on with campaign execution.
* Conduct market research and audience surveys to gather insights on visitor preferences, behavior, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally in the entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors (experience on client or agency side is equally valued).
* Strong understanding of branding, media planning, content management, and integrated campaign development.
* Ability to think strategically while maintaining a creative approach to audience segmentation and engagement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of driving measurable business results and optimizing marketing performance.
