Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Cheshire, Macclesfield Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in learning Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments and tests Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Relevant teaching qualification Enhanced DBS check Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience working as a teacher in a school setting Experience in managing classroom dynamics and behaviour Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in special education needs (SEN) or other relevant areas Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: Work in a school environment with students of varying ages and abilities Potential for temporary assignments in different schools within the region Full-time hours with the possibility of additional responsibilities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
