We are a small, high-end private dental practice located in Billericay high street with a team of experienced clinicians and a strong focus on excellent patient care.
We offer general dentistry including Invisalign, dental implants, and facial aesthetics. We are seeking the right candidate to join our team as a dental nurse. We are also happy to consider a trainee dental nurse who is motivated and enthusiastic to learn.

Job Summary
This varied role is ideal for a motivated individual with dental experience and strong administrative and communication skills, who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the practice, from patient co-ordination to assisting the Practice Manager with compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-house reception duties, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries.
2. Acting as a Treatment Co-ordinator, managing leads and guiding patients through their treatment journey with care and clarity.
3. Supporting the Practice Manager in an Assistant Manager capacity, including compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of practice operation.
4. Utilising SOE IT systems effectively to manage information and support office operations.
5. Communicating effectively with team members and patients, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a dental practice environment is essential.
2. A background in dental nursing is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in IT systems and software applications relevant to office management.
7. A patient, friendly demeanour with a focus on customer service excellence.
8. A team player who is organised, proactive, and patient-focused.
