We are seeking an experienced and proactive administrator to join our Registry Operations team. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the delivery of curriculum set-up activities across the institution, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include supporting the set-up and amendment of curriculum data in line with institutional requirements. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. Assisting in the planning and prioritisation of curriculum-related tasks. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all curriculum setup activities. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and embedding best practices.
You will be educated to GCSE level and have relevant experience. You will have a proven track record of accurate and efficient data management and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience with SITS (Student Records System) is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
