Salary: £24,000 per annum Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (30-minute break) Location: High Wycombe Benefits: Onsite parking, 23 days annual leave (3 days to be used over the Christmas period) Key Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls quickly and efficiently. Liaise with customers, company representatives, and suppliers via telephone and email. Manage emails containing orders for processing, pricing requests, product data, queries, or complaints. Process quotes, proformas, and sales orders. Provide customers with order confirmations and delivery details. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Perform ad hoc duties, including filing paperwork, accepting deliveries, greeting visitors, and sending out product literature. Candidate Skills/Attributes: Well-presented with a good sense of humour. Excellent standard of written and spoken English and numeracy. A team player with good communication skills and manner with customers and colleagues—written, verbal, and face-to-face. Attention to detail and a positive attitude to work.
