Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 with OTE - uncapped! Up to £60,000 year 1!

The Role:
1. Manage an inside sales team in a fast-paced, incentive and KPI driven environment
2. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of driven, motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM
3. Handle and monitor the day-to-day operations in this high-performance environment
4. Manage and develop closing techniques, objection handling, and more
Requirements:
1. You must have managed an internal sales team in a fast-paced, outbound call centre environment
2. Be a competent user of data & CRM reports and able to analyze statistics and implement change
3. Ability to motivate a team; consistent, professional with great communication skills
4. A leader of people with a passion for Sales & Sales Management
