You will work for a dynamic and innovative Estate Agency amongst an existing team of 3 who can provide OUTSTANDING Estate Agents with a high profile and an exciting position that includes the prospect of lucrative earnings and recognition.
Having seen a significant improvement in trading conditions with increased levels of new business across the board, and as one of the town's market-leading Estate Agents, they are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Top Class property professionals.
You will manage the day-to-day Estate Agency business, working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency, genuinely like people, and enjoy dealing with them in a business context while believing passionately in delivering superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
* Set and review performance standards.
* Develop team members and implement agreed business plans.
* List and sell properties.
* Maintain a compliant business.
Compensation:
Basic salary £28,000 to £32,500 depending on experience, plus £2,500 car allowance or company car, with on-target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000.
