We are currently recruiting for a Head of IT Consulting Services at our Market Drayton offices. Your main responsibility is building and leading high performance teams and executing best in class relationship with the Business Units and state of the art Project Management. This includes a team of IT Business Partners across multiple countries covering all Business Units of the UTM. It also includes the leadership of the Group IT Project Management, as well as all GIT Communications, Change and Campus (employee development and training) areas within Group IT. The role is an integral part of the Group IT Leadership team, working to execute the Strategy of Group IT. The role is to provide a team of individuals who act as strategic enablers ensuring that IT objectives align with the UTM business units, bridging the gaps where innovation is required. The role and the team will orchestrate excellent collaboration between various IT Teams, Business Units and external partners. The team provides an understanding of the technical landscape and the BU's strategic goals, ensuring they are supported and progressed by Group IT. Key responsibilities for the Head of IT Consulting Services will include: - Your main responsibility is to build and lead high-performance teams within Group IT (GIT), including IT Business Partners (BP), GIT Project Management (PM) and all GIT Communications, Change and Campus areas. In addition, you are also responsible for executing best-in-class relationships with the Business Units (BU) and state-of-the-art Project Management. As an integral part of the Group IT Leadership team, you will work on executing the strategy of Group IT. Furthermore, you are in charge of the individual leadership and development of your employees, as well as the efficient budget management of your department. You and your team act as the bridge between GIT and BU and are responsible for effective cooperation, smooth communication and operational alignment between the divisions; you are therefore responsible for the budget of the GIT BU and actively manage all BU project portfolio, where GIT is involved. Supervise the GIT PM team in terms of quality, project execution and performance and act as a coach and advisor. You will ensure that all GIT projects are managed in line with GPP processes and are well implemented and communicated to internal and external stakeholders. Together with specialists in Change and Communication, you will design and implement the organization design of GIT. You will lead the communication and implementation of areas of the GIT House of Strategy, as well as the implementation of other internal changes and perform thereby as a change agent. Act as the strategic manager of GIT Campus, leading initiative, governance and workstreams across design and implementation within GIT, while also serving as a coach and mentor for the managers. Key skills & experience for the Head of IT Consulting Services will include: - A bachelors degree in (business) computer science or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant professional experience is essential. Experience / expertise in IT, BPM, PM and Change Management. Experience in leading employees. Enthusiasm and strong communication skills. Strong influencing skills with a work solution-oriented and strive for continuous improvement. With fluent English skills, the ability to collaborate with international colleagues is essential. German skills are an advantage but not a requirement. Ability to travel -this role will take you to other company locations both domestically and abroad.
