Promote the welfare and safety of children and young people while protecting them from harm. Ensure full compliance with Ofsteds Framework for Inspection and the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015. Lead the Ofsted registration process to become the Registered Manager of the home. Recruit, manage, and supervise a team of passionate and skilled Childrens Support Workers. Develop a high-quality care framework tailored to the specific needs of children with autism, learning disabilities, or complex health needs. Ensure the delivery of effective assessments, interventions, and individualized care plans. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional standards within the home. Essential Requirements: A minimum of two years of experience working in a childrens home within the last five years. At least one year in a supervisory or management role in a childrens home. Experience working with children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or a willingness to begin within three months of appointment).
