Job Description We are looking for a part-qualified/qualified by experience Assistant Management Accountant (maternity cover) to join our Financial Controller, Jill Langridge. This role is initially offered on a 12 month, fixed term contract basis. You will be: Responsible for posting daily cashdesk files to Dynamics 365 for our multiple venues across Grosvenor, investigating and following up for any anomalies with venues staff. Responsible for specific month end balance sheet reconciliations for the Grosvenor entities. Posting journal entries where required and support on the monthly management accounts preparation. Investigation of any unusual items within the ledgers, evidencing a proactive attitude to investigate and resolve. Prepare analysis to support feedback to wider Grosvenor team. Support bi-annual audit process. Ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Opportunities to identify areas for improvement within our current processes and liaise with manager to bring future efficiencies to our work.
