They are now seeking a Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator to support the smooth running of their daily operations. The Role In this crucial role, you will keep partners and their teams running smoothly. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that daily activities and client interactions are seamless. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist three partners with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action points. Handle travel arrangements, timesheets, expenses, and invoicing Client Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage communications, onboard new clients, and maintain updated internal records and procedures Team Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between partners and teams, track project deadlines, and maintain an organised and professional work environment The Ideal Candidate They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in administrative support within a professional setting. Proven experience within a similar role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and prioritising skills Exceptional communication skills Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred Benefits 30 days holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays.
