Our client is a very well-established agency and has been around for over 25 years Working predominantly in the automotive industry, they run events for global brands. They are not your ordinary, vanilla events, they are Knickerbocker glory events, with cherries on top You will recognise the brands they work with, and you will aspire to work with them as well. They take pride in the innovative, creative solutions they provide. The last few years have obviously been a huge challenge for all in the event industry, but these guys have come back strongly and can offer unrivalled security. As the Account Director, you will have full ownership of one of their key accounts working with them to deliver some unbelievable events The events that you could be working on can be anything from the intimate to the £1m large scale ones. You will be the main point of contact for this account, so it is incredibly important you have previous experience client-facing on major accounts. You will most likely be an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to take the next step or a Account Director currently within an events agency. You will be there to instruct and train junior members of staff and freelance workers, and to manage all challenges that these complex events bring. This position is based in the company’s Warwickshire office, 3 days a week (Tue/Wed/Thurs – Mon & Fri at home ) so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply. We are looking for you to have experience in the corporate events sector, ideally agency side, in the automotive sector. There are certain levels of compromise on those areas, but you will need at least 1 of the 3. The basic salary for the Account Director role is between £47,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience. There are also plenty of other benefits including a company laptop, mobile and access to company vehicles. There is also a discretionary bonus that comes with this role, which is typically 4 figures.
