As Junior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in customer relations, with the exciting opportunity to spend two days a week with the customer in London at their Head Office.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to spend time based with the customer at their head office in London, focusing on in-store planning and representing the company in an implant role with customer teams for two days a week. It also provides genuine growth potential, enabling you to work with a successful, expanding business while becoming a key contact for a highly regarded retailer.\n\nJunior Commercial and Account Manager Key Responsibilities\n\n * Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to assist in managing and developing customer relationships\n\n * Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer expectations are met\n\n * Support customer sales objectives and contribute to growth initiatives\n\n * Coordinate with customer teams across various areas, including communication of technical issues\n\n * Provide sales, volume, pricing, and margin data as needed\n\n * Continuously maintain up to date knowledge of the market sector, focusing on consumer trends, competitor activities, and product lines\n\nJunior Commercial and Account Manager Key Requirements\n\n * Experience in the Fresh Produce, Fresh Food, or FMCG sectors\n\n * Previous customer communications, with an understanding of retail customer expectations (advantageous)\n\n * Strong commercial awareness with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamics of FMCG\n\n * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, both internally and externally\n\n * Confident in communicating with stakeholders in a professional and positive manner\n\n * Exceptional attention to detail, with strong data and project management skills\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a personable, confident, and professional individual to join an experienced and knowledgeable commercial team, rich in expertise and ready to guide and support new members.\n\n*Location: London, Kent or both\nHours: Monday - Friday\nSalary: Up to £35k + Bonus + Company Benefits\n\n*This position will be based in London with the customer for two days a week, with the flexibility to be either London-based or Kent-based for the remaining three days.\n\nThis is a UK-based position, and as such, applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.
