In this full-time Software Engineering role, you will be monitoring system stability and defining backend architecture for educational mobile games. The position offers a salary of £50,000 along with an appealing benefits package.

With your help, their creative team of artists, writers, curriculum specialists, data scientists, and game designers is poised to bring the company to the next level.
During your first few weeks in this Senior Software Engineer role, you can expect to:
* Define backend architecture
* Monitor system stability and ensure uptime
* Implement and maintain software solutions
* Participate in technical discussions and decisions across the company
To apply for this Senior Software Engineer role, you will need 5 years of experience as a full stack developer and 3 years of Typescript development. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and services (ideally AWS) and experience architecting large multi-component architectures. Some additional technical requirements include:
* REST API design
* Familiarity with at least one database paradigm
* Familiarity with CI/CD tooling
* Version control systems, ideally Git
