Localisation Vendor Management Associate- 6 Months- London/Hybrid-£32-£37 ph PAYE\n\nA global technology company are looking for an experienced Localisation Vendor Management Associate to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPrepare and coordinate regular communications and reporting to vendors\nAct as vendor management's POC for operations-related vendor issues\nLiaise with Project Coordinators to triage and solve specific vendor issues\nTrack vendor linguistic capacity on a weekly basis\nCoordinate retainers and weekend / holiday requests approvals with vendors\nSummarize vendor issue trending for cross-functional consumption\nSupport the management and improvement of 'vendor experience'\nSupport the establishing and monitoring of vendor/vendor program ramp-up plans\nWork with LMs and LPMs to setup and manage vendor Workplace groups\nServe as VM POC in each group\nSchedule and monitor vendor trainings as determined by onboardings, regular training plans and/or ad hoc needs.\nMaintain database of vendors and vendor resources.\nSupport the creation/maintenance of end-to-end process documentation\nOwn communication with diverse network of localization vendor companies\nEnsure all external resources are appropriately provisioned on internal systems in compliance with company policy.\nMonitor vendor performance, identify risks and escalate appropriately\nCreate and execute on vendor test, probation and localization schedules.\nReview, prioritize, and track progress of issues that affect localization vendor operations and efficiencies\nAnalyze vendor production issues and provide optimal solutions\nSupport cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to ensure localization requirements are implemented and localization process is well understood\nEnsure timely completion and maintain a current record of trainings completed by vendor resources\nDocument needs for improving and optimizing internal and external process and workflowsSkills/Experience:\n\n3-5 years of experience with localization, vendor and/or project management\nBA/BS in technical discipline or equivalent experience\nAbility to communicate clearly and efficiently\nAbility to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nKnowledge of standard web technologies such as PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and accessibility\nKnowledge of additional languages other than English\nData analytics and visualization\nBA/BS in technical discipline or equivalent experienceHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
