GTS have a fantastic opportunity for a Hardware Support Engineer to join our leading client, based in Nottingham The key responsibilities for this role include: Provide technical support via phone and email, assisting with fault diagnosis and general technical queries Travel occasionally to customer site to understand requirements to resolve complex technical issues Conduct hands-on testing of CCTV, 4G Routers, and VMS software products to identify and troubleshoot faults Key Experience Sought: Experience within an electronics/ tech environment Keen interest in electronics Strong communication skills - able to communicate with internal and external customers An understanding of CCTV/ Telematic networks would be advantageous but not essential Degree in relevant field This is an urgent role for the client so interviews are available at short notice.
