Coordinate exceptional experiences and events for the College's conference and events division, working with the catering manager and other stakeholders to deliver seamless operations. Key responsibilities include proactive time management, maintaining high standards of presentation and service, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice.
* Work proactively with the catering manager and C+E team members to plan, deliver, and close out client experiences.
* Respond promptly to enquiries and take bookings for events, meeting rooms, and liaise with college staff.
* Facilitate the setup, running, supervision, and pack down of conferences, meetings, and other events.
* Meet and greet clients, coordinate event staff and stakeholders, and ensure a high standard of delivery across all events.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £24,500 - £27,000 per year.
