Mellors Care are looking for a Registered Manager for a Children's Home in Nottingham. This is a brand-new service, providing support for 3 young people with EBD.
The role will involve leading the service and ensuring staff and clients are supported. Other responsibilities will include:
1. Working closely with Ofsted and Local Authority
2. Managing the day-to-day running of the home
3. Ensuring safe staffing through recruitment and staff rostering
4. Ensuring compliance with regulations
5. Implementing Safeguarding and child protection procedures
