We are looking for someone dynamic to join our team. Supporting two senior consultants, the Resourcer will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the wider business targets are met.
This job role would suit someone who is great with administration, communicating with people, and proficient in using different systems and computer platforms.
Main responsibilities:
1. Supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process
2. Candidate search
3. Candidate screening calls
4. Ensuring the CRM is updated and all compliance standards met
5. Writing and posting job adverts
6. Social media posts
7. Candidate care and experience
8. Finding job leads
9. Ad hoc projects

There is a possibility that this job role could go permanent dependent on the business needs and overall performance of the individual. This role is a full-time position in the office, which is split between Yateley and Farnborough.
