Strong experience in finance systems and process improvement—you’ll be streamlining and modernising outdated processes. A solid understanding of management accounting, revenue recognition, and stock accounting. Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders across finance and operations. Exposure to M&A, transaction services, or services & support contract revenue reporting (desirable but not essential). A hands-on approach—you’ll need to roll up your sleeves but also operate at a strategic level.
