Practice Manager Quality Assurance and Workforce Learning and Development Practice Manager
Grade: 5A( £52,805- £54,543)
Working hours: 36 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Workforce Learning and Development Team within Salford Children's Services as a Practice Manager.
The Role:
* To be a part of the Workforce and Learning Development Team, ensuring that the needs of children and young people in Salford are met and their full potential is being achieved.
* To lead the Quality Assurance work plan and how this impacts on outcomes for children.
* Your role will link strongly with workforce development to ensure the outcome of QA work is effectively brought into the workforce and impacts practice positively. This includes training, mentoring and taking responsibility for learning for the wider workforce.
* You will ensure the regular and effective analysis, monitoring, measurement and maintaining of the performance of practice to ensure impact on outcomes for children and families is understood.
* To support the Ofsted Preparation within Children Services, working closely with Partners.
* To undertake Human Resource and Recruitment processes, ensuring all staff are fully supported and can offer a good service to children, young people and families.
* The post holder will be required to undertake the role of Practice Manager in any of the service areas across the Directorate, dependent upon the skills, knowledge and competency requirements of that role.
