Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a competent Bussiness Manager to join our team in Kent. As an Bussiness Manage, you will play a key role in Strategically lead the delivery of statutory environmental functions and corporate environmental priorities and to Undertake a review of the Environmental Enforcement Team to ensure the services are being provided in the most efficient way. The rate of pay for this role is £22.56 P/H. Responsibilities Set the strategy for the environmental enforcement team, ensuring that officers proactively and responsively investigate complaints and issues. Ensure all enforcement action complies with current legislation for domestic noise/odour, fly-tipping, graffiti, illegal encampments, animal licencing. Direct and support team managers to effectively deliver their specialism and undertake oversight of the entire team. To develop clear communication priorities, enabling the Council to regularly update residents via customer engagement programmes and help understand resident views on the service. Ensure that the Council meets the national, corporate and local performance indicators associated with the services delivered. To investigate and resolve customer complaints, Member and MP enquiries relating to the functions delivered by the team. Requirements Proven experience in a simular role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an advantage.
