About The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you assist with the smooth delivery of all food service areas across the food and beverage department of the hotel and ensure all food service employees are aware of key standards for service whilst working closely with the front of house team. You will work within our kitchen across all key day parts – servicing Lunches and Dinners as well as assisting with banqueting and events.
About You
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with experience of working as a breakfast chef ideally within a hotel environment or restaurant concept. Someone that can demonstrate a working knowledge of food Safety and Health and Safety compliance.
The successful candidate will have a passion for food and attention to detail who can display an ability to work well under pressure. You will ideally have experience of leading a team.
