The Role You will work within the Strategy Consulting Advisory Center of Excellence, supporting the Project Lead with PMO Analyst responsibilities such as contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, tracking project/program status, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project to ensure successful delivery. As well as acting as a trusted advisor with a focus on deploying solution design support on small to medium size talent acquisition diagnostic, strategic transformation and or implementations. In the case of complex or transformative programs, you will support Senior Consultants, Senior Managers, Project Managers, and workstream leads with specific activities and deliverables. You will provide market knowledge and will work with the client to gather and run analysis of data of current state and support with the design, mapping and write-up of future state recommendation and/or solution. Key Accountabilities What youll be doing: Delivery Managing the project plan, RAID logs, weekly status reports and lessons learned documents Completion of projects and tasks within agreed timescales Contribution to the development of the Strategy Consulting practice through participation and delivery of internal initiatives Supporting client consulting assignments aligned to core consulting areas varying in scale and complexity Relationships Maintain positive satisfaction from client and/or partner stakeholders Growth Identifies opportunities for expanded services to support requests beyond the scope of the project Delivery Assisting Project Leads from initialisation through to project close, contributing to quality reviews Support the risk management planning, recognition and mitigation; providing the analysed data Support development of workstream deliverables and client presentations transferable workstream responsibility for delivering specific subject matter expertise, taking ownership of one or more project deliverables, such as organising training plans and creating training materials, process mapping and creation of process documentation, development of organisation charts or data analysis Participate and coordinate client meetings, interviews, and workshops and take meeting notes as relevant to workstream Team Leadership Takes on mentoring/coaching responsibilities Conduct training and upskilling to support the teams development Relationships Collaborate with peers and managers on best practices, support, and ideas for continuous improvement Growth Contribute to internal ad hoc and continuous improvement initiatives Staying up to date with industry trends through research/insight projects Skills & Experience Youll need to demonstrate: Must haves Experience in working in a project environment; specifically delivering project/programme co-ordination/administration Exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle Knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Experience analysing data and project information to identify better ways of working Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation and problem solving Ability to work to tight deadlines, supporting multiple projects, deliverables, and activities at any point in time, independently Confidence to present to stakeholders using PowerPoint Nice to haves Experience in working within a structured project management framework Experience in a recruitment team, HR technology team, or HR consultancy Prince2, MSP or P30 qualifications Experience in one or more project management methodologies Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint, Slack, and other collaboration tools Other Why AMS?
