We are currently seeking a Temporary (with a good possibility of a permanent role) Administrator to join a leading global design and manufacturing company in their Export and Logistics team. Job Title: Administrator (Export and Logistics)
Location: Exeter, Hybrid
Duration: Ongoing and possibility of a permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 32.25 hours a week! 08:45- 5:00pm, 4pm finish on a Friday!
Salary: £12.98 per hour
The Role : As an Administrator in the Export and Logistics team, you will play a vital role in delivering timely and accurate customer service by managing sales orders and resolving customer enquiries. This position will support our client during their 'peak' period, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to their success and the possibility of a permanent opportunity within this forward thinking valued centred business.
Key Duties :
Receive, process and manage to conclusion, customer orders, queries, credit requests and information requests
Look after key accounts, seeking out and implementing best practice where possible and appropriate
Liaise and manage the relationship with the company's third party suppliers in respect of customer requirements
Produce Sales Reports and other reports necessary to overseeing the performance of the accounts in the Distributor business
