We currently have avacancy for a SHE Administrator on a 9 month fixed term contract at our site in Rawcliffe Bridge, EastYorkshire. Reporting to the Lead SHE Coordinator, you will be responsible forproviding administration support to the general site (including the seniormanagement team) as well as a range of SHE administration duties.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
1. Private and confidential admin support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems
2. Admin support for SHE reporting, communication and improvement activities
3. Managing the Occupational Health appointments
4. Raising purchase orders via SAP
5. Co-ordinating visits to site
6. Managing overtime and absence forms
7. Provision of generaloffice admin support (filing, updating paperwork)

Essentials:

19. Educated to GCSElevel with passes in Maths and English
