The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is thrilled to be seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a highly regarded dealership group in Horsham, specialising in premium car sales. Known for its exceptional customer service and award-winning operations, our client is consistently recognised among the top-performing dealership groups in the region.
As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through the sales journey, ensuring every step is positive and informative. You'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
1. Engage with customers, offering tailored guidance to recommend the most suitable vehicle options.
2. Manage the sales process end-to-end, including test drives, financing, and all necessary documentation, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
3. Proactively work to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the group’s award-winning reputation.
4. A background in car sales or a similar customer-facing sales role is desirable.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
6. A results-driven attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £18,000, on-target earnings (OTE): £60,000!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 36-hour workweek.
Weekend Schedule: Saturdays and every 1-in-3 Sundays, with a designated day off each week.
