Through the Night Job Profile
You will be working primarily unsocial hours within the store, moving, sorting and distributing stock from various areas of the store. This physically demanding fast-paced role gives you the responsibility of filling a wide variety of goods and produce to WOW our customers with our impeccable standards and keep the displays replenished to maximise sales.
This job role involves working unsocial hours* meaning we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.
*Unsocial hours fall between 22.00 and 06.00.
Working between these hours incurs an additional payment per hour.

Induction information
Please Note: If your application is successful, you will be required to attend 2 consecutive days of mandatory welcome training within a Hub store. The Induction location may differ from your base store, and therefore you may be required to travel. This will be discussed with you during your interview.
Proposed Induction Dates: Sunday and Monday 10.00-18.00 at the Argyle Street store or the Braehead store. All induction hours are paid.

3. Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
6. We’ll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
