Temporary Office Administrator – Adobe & Admin Support Location: Ivybridge Pay: £13 - £15 per hour (DOE) Dates: Monday, 24th March – Friday, 28th March Monday, 31st March – Thursday, 3rd April Further dates in April TBC Role Overview:We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator with strong Adobe Pro DC and Microsoft Office skills to support our clients team on a short-term basis. The main focus of this role is compiling, editing, and redacting PDF documents, alongside general office administration.Key Responsibilities:? Adobe Pro DC work – Creating PDF booklets, bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting sensitive information from medical records.? Administrative support – Downloading, printing, and scanning medical records.? General office duties – Assisting with stationery management, answering calls, unpacking supplies, and maintaining office areas.Essential Requirements:?? Proficiency in Adobe Pro DC – including bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting documents.?? Strong Microsoft Office skills .?? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.??
