After School Childcare Hub Lead
Salary: £5797 per annum (approx)
10 hours per week - Term Time Only
3.15pm - 5.15pm
We are looking for an After School Hub Lead to join our friendly wraparound care team. If you have a passion and commitment to ensure our children have good quality after school care then we would love to hear from you! This post would also be suitable for a college student who is looking for a career in childcare!
We would like an After School Lead who:
Is warm, honest and genuine and wants to create experiences which make our children go WOW!
Has a genuine interest in children and is able to respond to them professionally with a quiet authority.
Is passionate about meeting the needs of ALL children.
Has bundles of energy, excitement, enthusiasm and wants to make a difference every day.
Can provide inclusive, fun and engaging care for our children, including games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
Is proactive, responsible and able to follow procedure. The children in our care are our responsibility and we have protocols and policies to follow. Our After School Lead will need to implement these with team members.
Is willing to engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community.
