A University based in London is recruiting a HR Team Leader. The post-holder will support the delivery of high quality, customer-focused administrative support services across the University’s Schools and Professional Services Directorates.
Job responsibilities:
* Manage a team of administrators in the delivery of a high-quality HR administration service i.e processing pay changes and overseeing the preparation of contractual documentation
* Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day implementation of the full range of HR administrative support processes
* Be the primary point of escalation for the team on complex queries
* Provide regular reports on SAP and analyse output to support workload management
* Ensure all Employee records are administered in line with UKVI requirements
* Maintain the HR filing systems
Candidate profile:
* Holds a CIPD or CIPP qualification
* Knowledge and experience using SAP HR (essential)
* In-depth understanding of payroll from an HR perspective
* Demonstrable experience of a full range of HR / Payroll processes covering the complete employee life-cycle
* Experience of team supervision, leadership and management
Annual salary: £41,700 - £48,300
Contract type: Fixed Term for 9 months
Working hours: Full-time
Location: London (hybrid working – 3 days on site, 2 days working from home)
