Job Description: We are looking for an Office / Business Administration Intern to assist with daily administrative tasks in our office and to help us with our upcoming office relocation. The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-oriented self-starter, and able to multitask. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Filing and maintaining records Other administrative duties as assigned Assist with the office clearing and selling of furniture etc. Coordinating shredding of paperwork Keeping the kitchen tidy Arranging gardening, window-cleaning, ordering stationary, coffee etc Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: This role would suit an intern looking to further their knowledge and possible studies in an admin-related field This is a part-time hybrid position with flexible hours.
