Job Description
* Overseeing quality assurance processes and the implementation of new procedures.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
* Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Working closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
* Delivering quality training to staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
* Preparing monthly reports on quality metrics and progress towards objectives.
* Participating in management meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or a related field.
* Experience in managing quality assurance within the Not For Profit or Education sector.
* Proficient understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
* Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Background within Higher Education.
