Due to exciting new developments, they are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their growing construction team in Worcester. As a leader in their field, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to address the needs of an ever-changing environment and relentlessly committing to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:
* Play a crucial role in the successful execution and tracking of various construction projects across the UK.
* Serveas the key liaison between our Sales, Projects, and Production Teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide valuable support to our Flood operational team, contributing to the overall efficiency of our business operations.

Required Skills:
* Previous experience in a project coordination role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry
* Understanding of Microsoft Office packages and working within shared drives
* Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to translate them into actionable tasks.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proactive problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think critically and independently.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines, ensuring the successful administration of projects.
* Highly organised with exceptional planning abilities, effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Continuous improvement: identifies opportunities for continuous improvement; shows commitment to own professional development; demonstrates enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn new skills.
