Job Title : Payroll Administrator
Location : Halesowen
Hours : 8am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (Can be Flexible)
Pay : £11.44 - £12.00 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our expanding team in Halesowen.
This position is full time, although flexibility is essential within this role to meet the needs of the business i.e. working set hours on a Bank Holiday to ensure payroll will be complete with tighter deadlines.
A general week would include the following…
* Collating timesheets from temporary workers; both directly from our clients and via consultants
* Create costing sheets for clients who require Purchase Order Numbers
* Inputting signed timesheets into our CRM
* Chasing clients for authorisation of hours where necessary
* Liaising with consultants in regard to pay rates
* Ensuring the payroll is completed and submitted to the relevant team by their required deadlines.
* Type invoices for clients
* Save all necessary information to correspond with invoices for clients.
* Inputting data and personal information into the payroll system in a timely manner for new starters each week
* Request P45’s from the payroll companies for workers who have left
* Dealing with any payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however full training will be given
