Payroll Administrator | Hemel Hempstead £30,000-£35,000
You’ll be working for an excellent business based in Hemel Hempstead that are market leaders due to their extensive experience as well as their state of the art technology.
You’ll be working as a Payroll Administrator and will be responsible for supporting a number of payrolls both internal and external. Your duties will include:
* To ensure your own dedicated payrolls are completed, from import of client data through to BACS payments, ensuring compliance with Tax/NIC and other legislation.
* Application of Statutory forms and Tax documents.
* Payroll Reconciliation.
* To create invoices and deal with any invoice related queries.
* Handling telephone and email payroll queries.
* Administration – expense processing, expense checking, portal guidance, ID checks, Contract of Employment checks.
