Summary
The Apprentice Customer Project Manager is responsible for delivering customer projects for an assigned product and/or service scope. Throughout the Apprenticeship, you will acquire knowledge and skills to become a Project Manager and be part of a team of professionals who have been delivering projects and deployment rollouts, for many years.

You will learn and contribute under the guidance of the Customer Program Manager and/or Rollout Manager to:
* Manage a project or a deployment rollout element and propose corrective actions using a standard Project Management Plan
* Allocate tasks and priorities as needed
* Work with people from different departments
* Manage project actions, issues and risks
* Make sure that project communication is in place
* Set up project reports and meetings
* Contribute to project reviews
* Provide standard project documentation
They will be responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational service delivery performance and the overall end-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.

* Use digital tools and software to meet project objectives for example research, collaboration, presentations, and resolution of problems.
* Provide underpinning data to support the written submission through the governance process.
* Work within the approved project budget.
* Ensure that integrated schedules support critical path analysis, interface management, resource forecasting and risk management.
* Apply relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and ethical guidance where appropriate to their work.
* Use data to inform decisions on actions to take to mitigate risks on project.

The role is in the Bristol area as a hybrid worker, working 2–3 days a week from the office. You will earn an Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Level 4, delivered in partnership with our Training Provider, BPP, which will cover a wide range of project management skills.
Education: Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including 4/C or above for Maths & English. A-levels or a level 3 qualification (apprenticeship or BTEC in a relatable subject), or 48 UCAS points.
