We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their talented team (hybrid working). The successful DevOps Engineer will play a vital role in defining, building, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports the company's innovative products and services. This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments, optimize system performance, and ensure robust security and compliance across all environments. Key Responsibilities: Define, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for production, development, and test environments. Develop and implement deployment strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures. Select, deploy, configure, and operate alerting and monitoring systems. Optimize system performance and ensure high availability using load balancing, failover strategies, and automated scaling. Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2). Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline deployments and provide mentorship on DevOps best practices. We’re seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with: Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform. Proficiency in automating deployments using CI/CD workflows. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills. Bonus: Experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and familiarity with back-end API development.
