Here at Home Instead we provide support for our clients in their own homes. Duties may include:
1. Assisting with trips out of the house
2. Assisting with medication needs
3. Support with personal care
4. Mobility support
5. Meal preparation
6. Household duties
Whilst you're offering all this support to our clients, here is what we can offer you:
7. Guaranteed hours contracts
8. Pay rates from £12 - £13.50 per hour depending on the time of day
9. Double Pay on all bank holidays
10. Minimum of 35p per mile
11. Paid travel time
12. Paid wait time
13. All mandatory training is paid at £12 per hour
14. Access to 24hr employee assistance programme
15. Responsive & reliable on-call for any emergencies
16. Supportive management that listens to your concerns

Qualifications
