We are looking for a proactive and driven Educational Partnerships Officer / UK Admissions Lead to champion the promotion of our school and its offerings to new audiences. This role involves establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with educational organisations, community groups, and other stakeholders, while leading the admissions process for UK-based students.
With an educational background and a passion for creating meaningful connections, the ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and event coordination expertise. They will play a key role in raising awareness of the school, enhancing its reputation, and ensuring a smooth admissions journey for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Partnerships :
* Develop and manage relationships with local primary and secondary schools, community groups, and professional networks.
* Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance the school’s visibility and reach.
* Act as the primary contact for external organisations and foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
Admissions Leadership :
* Lead the end-to-end admissions process for UK-based students, ensuring a high-quality experience for applicants and their families.
* Organise and host school tours, open days, and admissions events to showcase the school’s unique offerings.
* Work closely with internal teams to align admissions activities with the school’s goals and timelines.
School Promotion :
* Working with our marketing team, develop and execute promotional strategies to attract prospective families, with a focus on highlighting the school’s strengths and ethos.
* Utilise various communication channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events, to engage with target audiences.
Community Engagement :
* Engage with parents, local communities, and other stakeholders to raise awareness of the school’s mission and values.
* Produce a programme of outreach events, in and out of school to increase engagement, primarily for Primary school aged children
* Attend and represent the school at community events and educational fairs.
Communication and Advocacy :
* Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences, from parents to educational leaders.
* Working with our marketing team, create compelling promotional materials and resources to support admissions and outreach efforts.
Strategic Development :
* Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for admissions, outreach, and partnerships.
* Monitor trends in education and community engagement to inform decision-making.
* Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements to maximise impact
Key Qualities and Skills:
* A solid understanding of educational structures and school operations, with relevant experience in education or admissions (Desirable)
* Proven ability to lead and manage admissions processes, ensuring clarity and professionalism at every stage.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiences effectively.
* Ability to devise and implement impactful strategies for outreach and admissions.
* Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
* Experience planning and executing events, with a focus on creating positive experiences for participants.
* A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Experience in educational outreach, school admissions, or community engagement.
* Familiarity with UK educational policies and school admissions processes.
* A track record of successful partnership development
Full time: Monday- Friday, 9am -5pm
