Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive technical administrative support to one of our top advisers
* Manage and process new business applications, client reviews, and portfolio updates
* Use Intelligent Office (I.O.) to manage client data, tasks, and workflows efficiently
* Prepare detailed reports, technical analysis, and documentation for client meetings
* Liaise with clients, product providers, and advisers to ensure smooth operations
* Take ownership of complex cases and work autonomously on key projects
* Ensure all work is in line with FCA regulations and company standards
Requirements:
* Strong experience in an IFA administration role, ideally with a focus on technical cases
* Experience using Intelligent Office (I.O.) is highly desirable
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle demanding workloads
* Solid understanding of financial products, pensions, investments, and protection
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Professional CII, CISI or LIBF qualifications would be advantageous
* Knowledge of FCA regulations and financial services compliance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
