Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver multiple conservation and restoration projects, valued between £250k - £1m. Lead projects involving stone masonry, plastering, sculpting, painting, and general restoration. Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to maintain and enhance the character of historic buildings. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
