About the role The Senior Risk Manager FTC will play a key role in the development, design and continuous improvement of Reckitt's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the development of risk management capabilities at all levels of the organisation to identify, assess, monitor, and report potential risks. You will define, embed and champion a strong and mature culture of risk management, working with senior leaders across Reckitt to ensure that Reckitt effectively manages the risks it needs to take to deliver on its strategy. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, motivated, energetic, and experienced Enterprise Risk Manager with experience gained from a FTSE 100/equivalent, highly complex business. Your responsibilities - Work with theDirector of Risk Managementto embed the Enterprise Risk Management Frameworkacross the Group. - Review and aggregate business risks to prepare the Group risk profile. - Support the Group Executive Committee (GEC) to manage the Group risk profile and the businesses to manage their risk profiles. - Collate risk and control informationandprovide high quality reporting to support the Board andthe Group/GBURisk and Compliance Committees in their risk oversight role. - Complete deep dives on specific risks to gain assurance on the quality of the controls and action plans. - As a riskbusiness partner, forge strong relationships throughout the businessto promote, embed and develop risk management andsupport the delivery and expansion of the enterprise risk management framework. The experience we're looking for - Enterprise risk management experience in a complex, global organisation. - Prior experience with FMCG, Life Sciences or Consumer Healthcare industry will be an advantage. - Proven and demonstrable track record of effecting significant change and improving risk management. - Strong influencing and persuasion skills / high degree of perseverance and resilience. - Ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders (both written and verbal). - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment and deliver results. - Ability to analyse complex sets of data and situations and to translate them into simple terms. - Recognized Risk, Finance or Audit qualification.
