We are recruiting two enthusiastic and experienced Administrators to join our busy Peterborough office. These positions are both full-time (37.5 hours per week) six-month fixed term contracts.
Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidates will be working within a team of Administrators responsible for inputting data from client documents into a spreadsheet and scanning these documents into our case management system. They will coordinate with our internal administrative teams and lawyers as needed to ensure documents are delivered to staff promptly for scheduled meetings.

* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and administration skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Work well within a team and on their own initiative.
* Be driven with positive enthusiasm to get the job done.
* Ability to be resourceful with good time management skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
