Responsibilities
1. Deliver Tailored Learning: Provide one-to-one and small group sessions with bespoke curriculums.
2. Foster Independence: Help students develop life skills in areas such as finance, independent living, and health.
3. Collaborate: Work closely with Curriculum Managers, Learning Mentors, and external teams to support each student's personal growth.
4. Promote Engagement: Implement innovative learning experiences in the classroom and community settings.
5. Ensure Quality: Monitor progress, manage behaviour plans, and embed Math's and English into sessions.

Minimum Requirements
1. GCSEs (A-C in English and Math's) or equivalent.
2. AET (Level 3) teaching/tutoring certification.
3. Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
4. Experience in developing and delivering personalised lesson plans.
5. Effective communication and behaviour management techniques.
6. Adaptability to meet students' diverse needs.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Experience in safeguarding, managing challenging behaviours, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
